Real Estate Services is a complimentary program offered to NW Plus CU members that offers many benefits to home buyers and sellers. A Member Advocate will contact you to discuss the program in depth and learn about your housing requirements They will then match you with a NW Plus CU Certified Real Estate Agent and establish contact between you so the agent can help realize your objectives. The agents have been selected by our branch managers for their knowledge and ability to serve their clients.

In addition, you will receive a 20% rebate based on the commission of your Credit Union Certified Real Estate Agent. This will help you save when buying or selling your property.

You will also have the ability to enroll in the GE Homebuyer Privileges® Package which provides discounts from many retailers and services such as Home Depot, Dish Network, GE Appliances, Penske Truck Rental, Allied Van Lines, and more.
