This Online Privacy Notice, in combination with other privacy notices that we provide to you, outlines how Northwest Plus Credit Union collects, uses, and protects information that you give us through your use of our website and social media accounts.
The types of information we collect:
Personal Information You Provide to Us
a) When you enter data into an application for new products or services or when you use other features of our website we may collect personal information from you, such as your first and last name, home or other physical address, e-mail, telephone number, or Taxpayer Identification Number.
b) We will collect the financial and transaction information necessary to provide you with the products and/or services you request, including account numbers, payment card expiration date, payment card identification, verification numbers, and transaction and payment history.
c) If you provide feedback or contact us via email, website “Contact Us” form we will collect your name, email address, phone number, as well as any other content included in the email or form in order to respond to your message.

We may collect certain information from service providers, identity verification services and consumer reporting agencies, including credit bureaus, when you apply for certain products and services such as consumer loans, mortgages and new accounts through the website.
