They include all the same information you would receive by mail, but are delivered electronically through Online Banking and the NW Plus mobile app. Instead of waiting for documents to arrive in your mailbox, you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your latest statement or notice is ready to view. You must be registered for online Banking, and then you can sign up for eStatements.

Your financial records are important, and NW Plus makes it easy to keep them organized and secure. You have access to up to 18 months of past statements, all securely stored within Online Banking and the mobile app.

To sign up via the NW Plus Mobile app, go to “Quick Links”, then tap Statements & Documents. Then, tap the three dots to enroll.
