Hardware Requirements
  • Mobile Deposit support requires a camera of at least two mega-pixels in resolution
  • Mobile App does not support the use of the Android “Developer options” setting, including USB Debugging
  • Jailbroken/rooted devices and MITM interception are not supported
Browsers and Channel Support
  • Only the default installed device browser is supported
  • Beta version of browsers are not supported
  • The SMS channel is only supported for devices with SMS capability

Get Started with Mobile Banking

  1. Search for "NW Plus CU" in your mobile device's store or use the buttons above
  2. Install the "NW Plus CU" app and once it's installed, open the app
  3. New Users: click on "Enroll Now" and follow the prompts

Now, in less than 60 seconds, you can deposit a check through your mobile device. Where ever you are, whenever you need! 

Mobile Deposit Instructions

  1. Endorse the back of check with your member number, signature and the phrase "NW Plus Mobile Deposit"
  2. Login to your NW+ Mobile App
  3. Select "Deposit" icon
  4. Select "Deposit Check”
  5. Select the account to deposit the check into and enter the check amount
  6. Take a picture of the front and back of check
  7. Verify the Deposit Details and submit your deposit
